This month, Dr. Olga Shurchkov (V Dan; ITF America Board Member and Co-Chair of the ITFA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee) spoke with Sabumnim Joleen Masters from Jamaica. Ms. Masters is an International instructor in ITF (6th Dan, testing for Master in 2023) and a Class A Umpire – achievements that are extremely rare for women in ITF Taekwon-Do.
